We're confident that Frontlaceplace’s products will exceed your expectations. However, if you aren't completely satisfied, we're pleased to offer a 7 day exchange policy on all purchases**.
Please contact us immediately to make us aware of your situation and dissatisfaction with the product. You can exchange unsatisfactory items to us within seven (7) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, minus restocking, shipping, and handling fees.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered in any way, will NOT be exchanged. Please include the item's proper documentation and exchange it in its original box. (Shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.)
In order to be accepted package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure to send by traceable (tracking number) and insured mail. If there is a holiday in that week of returning please make sure you take that inconsideration when sending the product back.
Please note that the 7 Day Guarantee policy does not apply to Final Sale items. Final Sale items can only be returned due to demonstrable error or mistake on the part of Frontlaceplace.com
